2008 Exhibitor Contracts
Exhibit Booths:
Full exhibit booths give your company maximum exposure. Full exhibit booth includes 8' x 10' pipe and drape, 6' draped table, 2 chairs, and signage. The exhibit area is fully carpeted. Posters will be in the exhibits area adding to the exhibits traffic. Complimentary Conference registration for one person allows you to be an active participant in Conference sessions.

Take-One Literature Display
This resource table is a very economical and effective way to reach attendees. The tables are strategically located in the exhibit hall, enticing attendees to take a closer look and help themselves. Take-One Exhibit Display is for the distribution of free brochures, pamphlets, cards, leaflets, magazines and similar material. The exhibit is for paid Take-One exhibitors only. Fee: $150 for each style or type of item displayed. 350 pieces of each item is suggested. Unused materials will not be returned. Send take-one literature to NCFR by September 1, 2008.
Combined Book Display
Display individual books, publications, or journals with order forms or brochures in the Combined Book Display. Ideal for companies unable to rent a full booth. Our attendees know your authors and look for their publications. You may send up to 350 brochures or order forms with your book(s). NOTE: Books displayed become property of NCFR. Send display copies to NCFR by September 1, 2008. Cost: $150 per title
Registration Packet Inserts
First come, first serve - available to the first six companies who submit their request. For $400 companies may choose to insert a flier of their own design into the registration packets to be distributed to the expected 1200 attendees. Send insert copies to NCFR by Sptember 1, 2008.
Acceptability of Exhibits
NCFR reserves the right to decline, prohibit, deny access to, or remove any exhibit which in its sole judgment is contrary to the character, objectives, and best interests of the NCFR annual conference or its attendee audience.
