- All returns must be authorized by the NCFR Returns Department before a return will be accepted.
- Returns will be accepted for original orders of 10 or more of the same book/product on the same invoice.
- Returns accepted only if the book/product is resalable. NCFR will not be responsible for books/products damaged in return shipping.
- All books/products must be returned within six months of the original order ship date.
- All outstanding invoices must be paid in full before returns will be accepted.
- The maximum refund on the return will be 50% of the original purchase price as indicated on the invoice. Allow 30 days for refunds.
- Returns will be shipped at the customer's expense. C.O.D. shipments will be refused.
- No returns can be accepted for the Vision 2010 series, Initiatives for Families, or 2001 Preparing families for the Future, Family Science-Professional Development and Career Opportunities, Tools for Ethical Thinking, the CFLE Application Packet, or the CFLE Academic Program Review Application Packet.
